Sealers

Sealers

A sealer is a protective coating for Natural Stone, that shields against stains, water, fading, and wear while enhancing their natural color and finish (matt, satin, or gloss). Common types are water-based or solvent-based, offering durability, stain resistance, and often acting as anti-slip agents, though they generally aren't for heavy vehicle traffic unless specifically rated. Application typically involves cleaning, masking, and applying 1-2 coats with a roller or sprayer, allowing drying time between coats and before full use, with resealing needed every few years.
